Service Description

Youth with a current behavior health diagnosis will engage with an experienced Therapeutic Support Specialist dedicated to guiding at-risk youth toward positive behaviors. Our sessions focus on promoting good decision-making, pro-social choices, and overcoming challenges through a combination of structured and enrichment activities consistent with the identified case plan objective.
